Public Concern Temiskaming will be hosting a public information meeting on Saturday, January 26th at the Moose Hall in Kirkland Lake at 2 p.m.
 
Four speakers from Ste. Ambroise, Quebec will be relating their experiences with Bennett Environmental Inc., who has been operating a hazardous waste incinerator (the proposed KL incinerator will be 3.2 the size of Ste. Ambroise's) for the past four years in their community. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer period.
 
The four people are the following:
 
-Elise Gauthier - a member of the group called Save the Countryside
-Jean-Marc Brisson - a councillor of Ste. Ambroise and a vegetable producer
-Monique Laberge - an active member of the Regional Environmental Protection group
-Renee Dubois - a person who has had direct experience with a company similar to TCI and which has now closed down.
